Well, it is foolish to think the division winners shouldn't get home field advantage in the LCS... but don't be so hard on yourself.

Bob's right, NY .....if you end up connecting on that 140 ... today will go down the smartest move you made while hunting ....

You've gotta make the decision YOU are most comfortable with. If you burn that tag now and then get an opportunity at MR. Big, then you'll be kicking yourself over it. Way to show some self-restraint. Those dividends WILL PAY off later.....:tu:

    Tony,
I have shot a buck in 5 yrs. because I won't kill something under 130" and the opportunities I've had at anything that big have not been opportune for me to take a shot. I passed one up that I didn't think was that big that I later had a buddy re-assure me he was at least that, but I didn't see it. Life goes on. I enjoy the hunt, I enjoy killing does as much as bucks, and they eat better. Even if no one else around me is doing it, I'm doing my part for QDM.

Doug, I can honestly say if I knew I could put 4 doe in the freezer, I would hold off for a biggun ... I saw 2 forkies this morning, too far to shoot, but even if they weren't, I don't know if I would have thrown an arrow their way .... I can tell you this, if the freezer isnt full by the last week of the season, one will die if I get the chance ....

EVERY hunter in my area, shoots little bucks .. so if I let them walk ... they will get nailed somewhere else .... I rteally wish NY would put antler restrictions in effect ..
