I'm talking.....of the ones who are actual contenders. The NFL is one goofy league, this season.

Looks like we have a game coming up this weekend that's gonna make someone REALLY unhappy to lose....lol. What's a good term for a desperation-bowl? With the Cowboys and Vilkings (and Favre) sucking ass.....this place is a lot less active (on NFL posts).

The redskins, as a team and organization, have sucked so bad since danny boy has owned them that you have to be absolutely giddy this year. Hell, I was giddy when danny boy stopped vinny cerrato from using the 'skins as his fantasy team now we are in bonus time.

I pull for the Titans and they've not been bad. 3-2 with Ls to pretty good Steelers and Broncos teams. Tied for first in the AFC South.

The Bears have to be the worst 4 and 1 team I've ever saw. Dallas Is a huge shocker. The Redskins might have something going. My Vikes look absolutely terrible. Last nights 4th quarter could be a starting point though. Any team In the NFC despite their record Is still In the running yet.

The Rams are a much improved team at 2-3. :D But they lost to Detroit and Mark Clayton is out for the year, so 2-14 isn't sounding as good. :(

I think my Chiefs aren't anywhere close to being Super Bowl contenders until Cassel is shipped out of town. Their defense, however, is looking fantastic. I do think we have a good shot at winning the West this year and give whatever team in the playoffs a run for their money. We can run the ball and play defense which is a pretty good recipe come December/January.

I can't really say the 1-3 Cowboys are worth a crap! They are worth less than cow dung at the moment. The best worst team I ever did see. Over 500 yards of offense and lose? Another dozen or so penalties (one of which included Witten handing a ball to a lineman that fell down spiking it). Still trying to figure that one out. Meanwhile Randy Moss can moon the Packers crowd and not get one? Whoa.

    LMAO.... that there is funny!

Steeler's are doing well. Defense was shaky last weekend, though, so they need to continue their performance from the first three weeks.

Penn State, however, what a joke.

I cant really think of a for sure pick. Every team is having their moments and some more than others. My Colts have lost a few, but Im glad. Dont have to listen to the undefeated crap for the last 5 weeks of the season.

This comment doesn't completely surprise me coming from a MN fan (I was a Queens fan at one point in my life as well). But the Bears are not a horrible team. Even the commentators on multiple stations have talked about how strong they are in various areas. Consistent, perhaps not. But the talent is there. They have done well when they needed to, have played with what they had available to them and against what was presented to them. I agree with Justin, a W is a W and I'm sure if the Vikings had a 4-1 record, all you MN fans would be saying the same thing.
Now, if old man farve can keep his "lil farve" in his Wranglers, then maybe they can start playing ball.

The Browns have been in every game this year, having not suffered a whoopin yet is a vast improvment over years past. Especially considering they are now starting their 3rd string QB ( Colt McCoy) due to injuries to the guys ahead of him. The Defense is playing better than any time in recent memory.

They look they they have something to build on to get to a .500 program next year....

The Redskins are competing every single week. That is a breath of fresh air considering the last few years. They are becoming battle tested due to them playing such hard fought games every week. If they can finish out at 9-7 or 10-6 and somehow make the playoffs, they will be ready to do some damage.

Ha?? Touche eh? If this team was the Colts, Ravens, or who ever I'd say the same thing. Nothing In the least to do with me being a Viking fan.

You may be on to something here. :tu:
