Previously I had a private property I could shoot on and multiple ranges around but now I am about 1.5 hours from any of those locations. So far I’ve only found one shooting range that happens to have a 60 yard flat range on Whidbey Island, but I’m looking for somewhere I can shoot out past 60 yards, hopefully to 100 yards or at least 80. I mostly just shoot for my own fun, to keep in practice for hunting, and enjoy getting in some 3d shoots as much as I can.  With work and family that is only about 3-6 shoots a year or so.<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Has anyone tried or had luck with using fence post foam as a shooting block? I’ve only come across guys shooting low draw recurves and the arrows survived. My concern is will the arrow hold up coming off a 70 pound compound at nearly 300 fps?<br />

Phisical disabilities (such as the inability to walk 1/4 mile on a smooth hard surface without severe knee and hip pain) will keep me from going afield in search of game again, be it with modern rifle/shotgun, muzzleloader crossbow,  or vertical bow. <img src="styles/bowhunting/smilies/frown.png" class="mceSmilie" alt=":(" title="Frown    :(" /><br />
