Don’t have one unfortunately and that’s crazy to me that’s what I would have to do.

Gutone4me is a member on here and works for Snyper. That's your best bet.

What's your issue? I've had very good luck w. my Snyper General cellular camera.

It just stopped sending pictures or taking them after about 2 months, good product before that and affordable price. It was also draining batteries after about 2 weeks max. Customer service is far from what it is with my bushnell camera.

I had a terrible time trying to get a hold of anyone when I ordered 2 cameras that did not work. I finally sent them a Facebook message and after a few days I finally got an answer.

I tried to return both cameras for a refund but they basically said that couldn't happen. They did send me 2 new ones at no charge which I do appreciate, but I have not gotten a chance to test them out. Rep I spoke to basically said the cameras I had purchased were a junk model that didn't produce very well. I likely will look elsewhere before considering them again.

What camera did you have that was a “junk model” hope it’s not same as mine.

I met the owner at a hunting show who was really nice about my problem but also told me the issue with customer service is because they have grown so quickly as a company? To me that’s a joke of an excuse but either way beware.

On the bright side I talked to someone this week at their office and finally have my new camera up and running.
