Long story I’ll try and keep it as short as possible, I purchased a cellular trail camera from a local dealer here in Oklahoma who I buy feed from. He raved about their cameras and most importantly the customer service. Well after having my camera maybe 2 months it finally completely shut down and wouldn’t take any pictures along with batteries being stuck inside it (could be why it won’t work cause one battery can’t be replaced). Although I was changing lithium batteries almost ever two week and that can’t possibly be normal.

I call and talk with someone and he says no problem send it in and put my name on the box I’ll personally get it taken care of and gave me his cell to text when sent ect. Can’t get better than that.....we’ll ever since I sent the camera in I can’t get any response from the two numbers I can find or email. No camera no info as to what’s going on and far from any concern I am paying a monthly fee (cell phone plan$10per month) for a camera that is who the hell knows where. This is the last thing I wanted to do but I am complete lost on how to get a my camera back or repaired. Really really frustrating and I would think twice to anyone considering their products.

It’s so weird cause they seamed like it would be no issue, just get it sent in. Then to not answer calls, texts or email is just insane. Hell I just want a camera that works not asking to much.

I’ve had mixed emotions with Snyper. Had a bunch of cameras that didn’t work right, took awhile but the company agreed to swap a few out with new models. I received the package after about 3 weeks.

One of the new models works great. The other took 40 pictures on a bait pile while the other camera I had on it took 2000. Missed a lot of great shots.

It sucks because when the cameras work right they take awesome pictures, but only about 1/3 work as advertised.

6 weeks maybe? I would have to look back at exactly when I sent it. The bigger issue to me is that no one will respond or communicate.

Maybe I’m doing something wrong, I’ve called both numbers on the site also sent emails to the email listed on site. Sent it December 20th so almost 6 weeks.

So you had the same issue? I don’t have a Facebook but damn that is sure not a good way handle customer service on their end.
