Thanksn. But that’s a possibility. Opening morning, I was tempted to shoot this B&C coon. I always keep one arrow for “other” animals lol

On the road. Usually don’t have much signal once I get to the property. Good luck to everyone else heading out today.

Also I found this comical... I guess so you can find your way back to the truck. Some of the stuff I have seen on shelf’s lately makes me scratch my head.

You just described my most recent effort to hunt to a tee! Worst case of mosquitoes I've ever seen in my life here in Pa. I didn't even get to my stand before I had to leave the woods!

Ya man I walked all the back there almost to the area I wanted to be in ... it was crazy dude. Just swarming me while I was walking it’s all I could hear. No way I could sit still through that. I would have been in that tree an hour til the sun came up on the edge of a swamp.

Yea, I drove 11 miles, walked uphill for 3/4 of a mile, and got within 100 yrds of my stand, only to be turned away. Never had that happen before in my life. It was crazy!!

The constant rains have made standing puddles even in hill country. Combine that with the humidity and no wind and those mosquitoes are loving it right now. I was walking around the swampy lowlands yesterday and had to get the heck out of there to get away from those little bastards. And I had sprayed down head to toe with bug spray. Dang those things from hell.
