How much money could you have saved over the last 5 yrs, if you re-used your arrows and BH's (the ones that killed deer)?

If the arrow still flies true I re-use it. If the broadhead still flies true, I re-sharpen it and re-use it.

If everything still looks in good shape, and take some practice shots with that arrow and it flys good, then yes it will go back in the artillary!

Same here. Arrows have no sentimental value to me and I'm way too cheap for that. I'd already have 20+ arrows sitting in a corner for no reason. If i break an arrow on a deer it gets thrown in the garbage.

I have only saved one arrow, it was the arrow I killed my first deer with my first bow a pse thunderbolt. I shot it when i was 13 in 2002.

I just simply wash it off, and either resharpen or replace the blades, unless I need to refletch. The best I have done is 4 kills on one arrow, and it worked as good on the 4th kill as it did on the first.
