hey Tacklebox, a taxidermist that I no longer use got that for me. He is still here in town so would be more than happy to get the info on it for you, or have him order one and ship to you. I don't know if he did the engraving or had it done, but I have another plaque just like it ( minus the wings) that I didn't take a photo of and has the same type engraving from a different taxidermist, so believe they are fairly standard from any taxidermists supply.
