Hello my name is Matt and I am in northern Indiana. I started hunting at a put and take pheasant hunt club. I come from a fishing family but no one hunts or shoots. That is until now. I started hunting whitetails at 18. I was very fortunate to harvest a doe my second trip out. It was then I learned my biggest big game lesson of how hard hunting can be after the shot is made. 8 years after my doe harvest I had gotten my first buck and since then I have what my wife calls "deer sickness" to whitetails. I have hunted Michigan Nebraska and Wyoming and my state of Indiana with my bow and cant wait to go someplace new.
