I am looking for a tech that knows his stuff. Sales and that stuff I will teach, but the new employee needs to be able to sit down with a pile of parts, put it together, take the owner and tune and set the bow up for them the first time. That's what I need. I can teach that too, but I do not want to, nor do I have the time. This isn't Bass or Cabelas. My BowTechs are the Navy Seals of Archery. I will take their abilities, send them to the manufacturers, and train them some more. I want my customers to come in, leave, and tell the world that they were 100% satisfied. Thanks
