I saw this earlier, been watching for it too. Looks pretty decent, I like the looks of Zilla this time around...hoipefully they really do this movie the service it deserves.
The trailer kind of sucked. But, I'll probably watch it just because of the name, Godzilla. So, is this a continuation from the last Godzilla where they show the egg(s) left at the end of the movie?
I thought it was awesome. That initial scene was nicely paced and built good suspense. Thankfully this one had nothing to do with the Broderick abortion.
Looks pretty good. I liked the 1998 Godzilla with Matt Broderick so I am pretty excited to see this, looks way better.
The initial scene was long, drawn out and boring. It didn't build up any curiosity, to me, because we all knew what they were doing. The only thing it left me wanting to see more of was how Godzilla will look and move, when the movie comes out. Honestly, we all know how the movie is going to go, Godzilla is going to rip apart the world and they have to figure out how to stop him. Its a story that's been played out a few times. Except now, with CGI, it will look better and be faster paced. I give it a meh.
Not really. I'm looking forward to the movie, because it should be entertaining. But, I'm not expecting some crazy plot that we haven't seen before.
Well yeah, all monster movies have the same basic plot. But who doesn't love watching monsters tear crap up, then man overcoming all odds to make nature his b**** again.
We agree, I love it. Now, if only you could see that the trailer sucked. The world would be good again.
So are you a fan of Pacific Rim? Watched that the other day and loved it. Can't go wrong with a Godzilla movie. Was actually wondering when they were going to remake it.
I have to agree with Dan on the trailer. Not very intriguing. Just a lot of smoke and a few lens flares. Maybe if they included a teaser tidbit of a giant moth wing or something like that. And is Godzilla getting bigger in every subsequent movie? He looks 500 ft tall in this teaser.
