    Today? None
    In my prime? Maybe 3

My max was about 240 and that was many, many years ago.

I could do it three times back in the day. Today 15 years later, I am fairly sure zero.

The 225 test was a big deal in summer conditioning for football. I never could hang with the stronger guys on the team.

Big fat 0, I was born with a birds chest sadly. But I can bang out 20 pullups, so that makes me feel better about myself.

12 times two years ago, not sure now. I'm dealing with a nagging shoulder injury probably due to pushing myself too hard in the weight room.

I actually have a legit answer to this one. 13x back when I lifted pretty hard core & weighed 180-185#. Compared to my ORM, I thought I should have been able to do more

Right now I would hope to still get 3-5 or I'd be pretty bummed.

    Today, not a chance.

Back in the day I could bench 225 for four sets of 12. In a row, maybe 15. Today, not sure if I could even get one. It's been a long time since I've weight trained.

We're too busy training for speed, no one cares about strength here.

You should spend more time learning the differences between their and there and less time in the weight room, Arnold.
