    Maci Messenger, a 13-year-old 7th grader at St. Mary's Catholic School in Natchitoches, downed this big 11-point buck on an afternoon hunt with her grandfather on Dec. 13. The deer green-scored 165 inches Boone & Crockett killed on 12-13-14 big11pt.jpg big11pt2.jpg

    What a deer, congradulate her when you see her. I havnt even seen one that big and I have been hunting 25 years.

    very hard one to beat but man the pressure is off her now for killing a big one haha

    I have not been there since around 1974. My dad was going to northwestern st when I was born, he and my mother moved down there because my great aunt lived there, she was the first female doctor in Louisiana, and practiced medicine for over 50 years there until her death in 2003.

    Sorry for her passing but thats awesome to be the first woman to practice for over 50 years wow. You still have family down here? maybe with some hunting ties? lol
