check ebay and look for a browning thats what my mom started with and it was great she now shoots a bowtech equalizer if you can find one of those they are extremely fast at low pull and have short draw
I would say the Diomand Razors Edge would be your best bet, And it fully set up will only cost you around 320, It goes from 19- 29 inches draw and 30-60 pounds so it pretty much fits anybody. We just got one for my little brother, and im not going to lie it shoots smoother then my bow.
Have to agree with ISiman on this one. My daughter shoots one and neither of us couldn't be happier. Thing is great and my younger daughter will be shooting one soon as well.
SAme here. I shot one the other day, outta the box, base set up, Fast, shock free, easy to draw. Great bow. thinking about getting one for a backup actually!
Thanks. I think I'm gonna look for a used one a little less expensive for her to start out with. She might give it up like she did turkey hunting w/shotgun. That lasted through the hunter safety class.
Too bad she isn't left handed. I have my Mom's (she's 5' even) '98 LH PSE Spider that I'd send to you for $50. Sounds like that would have been exactly what you were looking for.
I have a micro midas that is about 10 years old. We bought it for our son, shot his first few deer with it.

you cant go wrong getting her a diamond or a bowtech.... i would say the diamond edge because its very versitile and well made...
We got mine used at a yard sale for $20. It's a Proline youth bow. Shouldn't be too hard to find a used one. People buy one for their kid and then the kid outgrows it. That's what happened with mine. I'm pretty small, same size as a ten-year old girl, so I can't use an adult bow. I've taken two does with it though.
