I have a few great spots for a ground blind. Which do you think I should buy and why?

I was looking strongly at the primos eclipse. Had some good reviews on here for it as well.

I've saved money, or so I thought, on a couple different blinds, that flapped in the wind, or just didn't hold up. In the long run I was never really happy with them so I ended up spending more money on cheap blinds. Finally I pulled the trigger on a Double Bull Darkhorse, used it for 3 seasons now, and I just love it. My suggestion to anyone would be, buy what you can afford, but sometimes you get what you pay for. Just my 2 cents worth.

I hunted with my buddy this turkey season out of a Primos Double bull blind. Tons of room inside and very easy to set up. Only thing is he bought extra stakes for the strings attached to each side (his didn't come with any). He also silicon sealed some seams that looked like they could be problematic and waterproofed the whole thing with i believe Primos unscented water proofer. After all the rain we have had here in Ohio the ground inside is still dry.

Only problem we have ever had with it was the last time we set it up at the end of the season the roof wouldn't stay locked out. We think that was due to pulling the sides of the blind out to far and taking away some of the stability.

I bought a Barronett Big Mike right before turkey season and I really like it. 80in tall so I can stand and shoot my bow or just stand full upright and stretch. I gave $129 and change for it. So far very pleased.

    Blessings.......Pastorjim

I would have to vote for one of the Primos blinds myself
