Idaho for Elk, Bear, and Mulies, then Texas for Turkey, hogs, and Nilgai.

Bow for everything but the Nilgai.

A good guy I know from WI, lives in MA now that I guided for black bear a few years ago him and his son both shot Nilgais on Texas in 2014. To be honest I didn't even know what the heck the thing was when he sent me a trophy pic. I never seen or heard of them before til then. He did tell me they are free range in Texas. How come you don't want to bow hunt one? What does a hunt like that cost of you don't mind me asking.

This year due to some work stuff I might be just hunting Virginia and NC but maybe get some hog hunting done.

I'm going to Heckler's lucky tree!

Hoping to hunt multiple new public areas this fall. Probably just MN yet. Dakotas for waterfowl.

that;'s why you should get married in June...its between spring turkey or bear and fall hunting and your new wife can sit on the stream bank and watch you fly fish for trout....

I'll be hunting a couple hundred yards from my house most the time on a 120 acre lot here in Bradford County, Pennsylvania. I might scout the family land right by the Pisgah state forest this year just to see what's in the area and if I get any shooters on camera might make my way over there for a few hunts. I like the luxury of hunting on my own land and have had good success in the past, there's a good deer population and it's a low pressure area that I don't have to worry about other hunters spoiling my chances.

The draw is still closed at this time, so we aren't ready to put in yet. We might consider the early season this year and see if we have any success.

My buddy hit one with a 30-06 on a decent shot and it didn't go down, plus they are very tough to get within 60 yards. I haven't totally ruled out bow, my Hoyt CST is the 80lb version and I'm shooting Easton fmj 330's so it does pack a punch. The animals are HUGE.

When I went to Texas I thought my buddy was making them up, like some kind of initiation or something. Then I saw a mature bull standing as tall as a moose and yelled "what in the heck is that!?".

I got drawn for spring turkeys in central MN for the second weekend! I'll be going up to do some large woods hunting in extreme northern MN during the early whitetail season and then sticking to central MN for the majority of the rest of the season.

Iowa if i get drawn. My dad and brother also will be going with if we get drawn. Minnesota whitetails and bear if I can get a left over bear tag. My job will play a huge roll in all of this though so we'll see.

Might have to take the year off for out of state hunts to save money for my wedding next year... Still going to attempt a shot at ND, NE, or possibly KY.
Think we may go to South Dakota for some prairie dogs though, so that should be fun
