I am new to bowhunting and would like to learn about some of the popular releases. I have a Carter quickie 1 that is a no-go and I will be replacing it soon.

I remember reading about an Itty Bitty something-or-other... does that ring a bell for anyone?

Thank you in advance for your recommendations, and be thankful you don't live in Kalifornia !

    Best wishes, T.

I have the newer version too, but I took off the big thumb stop so it was lower profile.

lots of good makes/models, I definitely prefer a dual caliper design. quick to lock onto the string/loop, lower maintenance, less to go wrong. Just make sure that whatever you do, don't rob yourself of an inch or so of draw length like a few release shooters have been known to do. I'm using a Scott Sabertooth and like it. double caliper.

Scott Wildcat I like the small teeth that clip around my string.
