I've caught some decent fish but nothing overly huge. Our fishing here In Minnesota Is pretty good for the most part.

Walleye- 28 Incher, 8.5lbs. The only fish I have mounted. Caught It through the Ice.

Northern- Nothing real big. 13lbs, 32 Inches. Caught In the summer months In Canada. Ended up having to eat this northern as It wouldn't swim away after trying to release It. It tasted just like the walleye's we were eating. Gotta love clean Canadian water.

Black Crappie- Caught many of them that were 16 to 16.5 Inches. I never did weigh any but I'm thinking they were close to 2lbs If not bigger. All were caught on Red Lake In northern Minnesota. I did catch a half dozen of 17 Inch crappies on a local lake around my home. I was 17 at the time. I didn't realize at the time they were wall mounters as I ate them. Dumb eh?

Sunnys (bluegills)- I caught a dandy last Summer. 10.75 Inches long, 1.5 pounds. He Is In the freezer to get mounted. A few times last year on this same lake my limit of sunny's average a little over a pound. I caught a couple sunny's on this same lake that were longer (11.25 Inches) but weighed less (1.2 pounds).

SM Bass- Nothing big here at all. Maybe a couple pounds.

LM Bass- A good have dozen that were 5 to 5.5 pounds. 2 of these were caught through the Ice. 21 Inches Is my longest.

    Perch- 14 Inches.

Catfish- Caught a few that were In that 10 pound range.

Bow Fishing- I've shot a few carp that were 36lbs.

I've never caught a Musky although I've fished for them many a times In northern Minnesota on the Big Fork River. As for trout we have no trout streams where I live. I did catch some down In SE Mn years ago. It was some fun fishing.

Figures I pretty much have no proof haha. I almost always fish a lone and just recently learned the timer mode on my camera phone. My biggest smallie is around 6lbs, was a hog in the lake Mike Iaconelli caught his first bass. Large mouth was close to 8 (I dont think it would have broke the 8lb mark) that I caught on an awesome small private lake that has since been drained and messed up. They only allowed sail boats, row boats or paddle boats, and most people that lived around it didnt fish. I smoked them that day, my best 5 bass would have went around 30lbs. Other then that, my biggest pike was 22lbs, lake trout 25lbs, cat 20lbs, and an 8lb walleye.

Awesome fish, what state do you live in? Not too many states out there you can catch 7lb bass and 31lb pike. How long was the pike?

Biggest largemouth went 8.2lbs. I don't really count it though since it was a pond fish.

My second largest went 7.3, I take a lot more pride in this one as I caught it in one of the most highly pressured tournament lakes in my area.

Biggest pike was about 40". Somehow forgot to measure her before I dropped her back in but I've caught enough over 35" or so to know how big they are realistically and I'm guessing she was 16-18lbs and 40".

I do a lot of "team" fishing for pike where we have a group of guys get together to fish for them as a group. We all consider everything caught as a team fish based on how we are fishing. The biggest I've been present when we caught was a 44" fish last weekend which is pictured below. We also caught a 42" and a 43" fish last weekend too. This is my main fishing partner holding her just before we released her.

My biggest striper. It was 37", and I'm guessing around 24lbs.

Don't really have anything else impressive to share. Did catch a 23" wild rainbow trout as a kid, and have caught multiple 4+lb smallmouths, but no pics to share of any of those and they really aren't that impressive I don't think anyhow.

    Largemouth bass 8lb 5 oz
    Blue cat 5lbs
    Channel Cat 7lbs

I really only fish for bass. I've caught some decent sized crappie but never weighed any of them, I just throw them back.

Nothing impressive 42 lb. flathead, 26 lb. channel cat, and 6 lb. 4 oz. largemouth.
The flat head was on a trot line though so I'm not sure if that counts. Hopefully I can catch some big ones in the gulf next year!! :tu:

    Size wise?

This white triploid amur (grass carp) that i snagged last week is probably the biggest:

Largemouth Bass? All joking aside (yea im looking at you Hooker), the bass that i have in the freezer right now that is right around 23 inches was my biggest. She lived in 2 different farm ponds over the last 13-14 years and was weighed at 6lbs after laying eggs, i caught her a few times while still holding eggs so probably around 8lbs:

Channel Catfish? Nothing too crazy, a few fish over 30" that were probably between 10-15lbs:

Smallmouth? Right around 17-18"...probably 2-3 lbs:

    And my pathetic biggest trout:

Walleye - 26" and 6.25lbs (Caught/Released him in 6 feet of water just after dusk - on a party barge... everyone decided it was time for drinking!)

I also have caught 3 or 4 "canoe paddle" smallies that i've released without weight/size measurement.

    Muskie - 19" of fury... :)

In the summer I go crazy for muskies. I could throw muskie baits all day everyday if I had the time!

I caught my personal best in Large and Smallmouth last year. Largemouth were around 22" and Smallies were around 20-21". Caught at least 10-15 of them on different trips.
