My dad and I went out this morning. I carried nothing but a camera since I filled my buck tag but my dad is still trying to get a buck. We saw a doe and a fawn and that was it. They fed in front of my dad for over and hour, passed through my field at 7:45, and came back out at 9:00. It was a good morning and I was happy to see a deer period since mornings are usually slow where we hunt. I have a doe tag but I figure the public land that borders us has done enough doe management this year so I just went to enjoy the morning.
