    Appears to be a yote... Short legs.. The appear to be short and pointy where as a deer has a bit more length in their ears

    I thought a fox at first as well, but ironically the other night there was a fire truck going down the road and you could hear coyotes yip yapping in the background.

    looks like a deer, but because it was moving, it got all blurry, and makes it look weird. No way the head looks like a canine to me.
