Ok soooooo here we go. I shoot every other night on average. I have had the same rig for years( no worries it has many many dampers) but for the last few days I'm kissing my arm with the string upon release. Just a little and right by the wrist. Yet my grip is the same. Not over drawing. Correct draw length. I just don't get it.
    Ok forum masters, advise.... Please

Maybe it's your anchor point, that's all I could think about or minimal wrist tourque depending on your ata you shouldn't be hitting your wrist

Might be string stretch.Kinda doubt it though.

When was the last time you had your string changed or checked ?

Occasionally I will touch my string on my forearm. Frankly I know it's laziness on my part. Sometimes you get complacent. Or at least I do practicing a lot. I would say it's form out of everything. JMHO.

FFS...I found what the issue was. I put a monkey tail on the lower part of my string and it was turned in and catching me each time. Man, I even took it to my bow shop and had my form analyzed. And they stood there and said..."looks great" until the 6 or 7 arrow and then they caught it

Should've just added a harmonic dampener to the monkey tail.
