Since the time change I can only hunt weekends due to work. So therefore I hunted hard this weekend. I also didn't do myself any favors by playing poker till 11:30pm Friday night and getting up at 4:30am Saturday morning.

I hunted from dawn to dusk both Saturday and Sunday. I had some good movement (all doe's) Saturday and not much going on Sunday.

By 2:00pm Sunday I was spent. "I am ready for gun season" I told myself." This bow hunting is taking a lot out of me espically with all the close calls I have had this year and still no deer on the ground.

Well I hit the pillow at 8:00pm last night and was out by 8:05pm at the latest.

It's now 4:05 pm on Monday and I already can't wait to get into the stand again next weekend. How things change with 1 day of rest.
