I bumped it up to 70+ and had to change my pin gaps. It's really easy with the React sight. I didn't like it maxed out so I backed it back out half way. I'm now at 65ish pounds. Feels just about right for me now. Perfect balance of comfort and power. I should have known better than to make a 10 pound jump all at once.
Team survey : Wrist sling, yes or no.. Me, yes but it's loose. It's really only for security so my bow doesn't take a tumble from the tree after a shot. I'm even considering taking it off altogether because sometimes it's actually in the way.
Super loose for me on the strap. Safety item b/c I'm not good at letting the bow fall forward on its own.
Just loose enough to fit over winter gloves. It's mostly for security, as I like to hold the bow across my lap instead of using a bow hanger.
Last trail cam check before season starts next weekend. I had a new 8 show up with a friend and a pile of does on my oldest property. My stand is 5 yards to the right of this camera.
Me too! And actually, the 8's pictured are different bucks. I was checking out the pics again and noticed a drop tine nubbin on the night buck. I'll be sitting here opening afternoon, if the wind is right.
no sling for me.... I find at the moment of truth when time is pressed, the sling slows me from getting the right grip after grabbing my bow from the hook. With trying to run the 3-4 cameras, I need as much time as I can
I took my sling off and found that my accuracy at the 50 and 60 pins got better. I thought it was loose but apparently it was still adding some torque at least sometimes. I'm gonna leave it off for a while and see how I get along. I also want to get my camera out on my third piece of property. On the hunting front, I moved one blind yesterday but couldn't find a good spot for my treestand. Need to scout a different area for that. I hope to get it up sometime this week.

Got my bow back from the shop with brand new string and cables, pretty dialed in at 20 yards, seems like my bow is louder now? Anyone else have that problem after changing string and cables?? Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
It could be a little louder due to being back in spec and producing more power. Stretched string = less draw weight = less power and noise. Do you have the same string silencers on the new string as the old one?
It looks like the wind is going to be wrong for 90% of my stands this (opening) weekend. I hunt tiny properties, so I won't push it if the wind isn't perfect.
No I had two small silencers on my old string, forgot about those, didn't know it would make that much of a difference..lol Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
Season opens tomorrow, but I don't even have a license or tags yet! I've been a real slacker this year.
