Visited a local shop yesterday and both of the xpedition models caught my eye. Didnt shoot them as I wanted to research and didn't want to waste the shop owners time when I wasn't ready to buy. I currently shoot a bowtech prodigy. How do the xpeditions compare. Step up? Downgrade? I'm shooting 62/30 and wanting to step up to a 70 lb bow.

I can't speak on the prodigy, but I just picked up a mx 16 coming from an rpm 360. I haven't shot it a ton but the draw is a little stiffer but smooth. Biggest difference is limb stops vs cable stops. The back wall is solid. I like the hybrid came system it's easy to tune and you can adjust your valley, and draw length without a press. It holds real solid and very little vibration. As for upgrade or downgrade with today's bows I think they are so close to each other now days it's all what feels good to you. But if your a 30 draw I would look at the dlx.
