Update from me....Saturday went to a buddy's farm with muzzleloader to help thin doe numbers...chose wrong blind (group walked out fifteen yard from other one)...came home feeling bad and by time home I had 103 fever. Monday Influenza A positive after days of being unable to do anything. Finally up and about yesterday only to have to deal with kids trespassing all over my place and messing with a camera yesterday late afternoon/evening. Place disturbed all over (they even went into some of the bedding trails cut they showed me). I still have every intent of punching 50 more points for us to be sure, but man Slugger good job bud!!!!

Merry Christmas! I will be back out Saturday. I read the regs wrong. My county doesn't have a holiday doe only season. Regardless I need to get some venison.
East winds tomorroow and my cough is finally "almost" cleared up. I'll be on stand at some point tomorrow bow in hand.
I was out this morning and saw 14 deer. Six of them were bucks but they were all small. The piebald 8 point should be a really good buck next year. Good luck to anyone getting out this weekend. I hope to be out as much as possible. Our PA season ends on January 19th.
Good week to kill a deer this week! They should be out in fields every night eating whats left thats green. Good Luck team. I will be out tomorrow afternoon and several times this week.

Happy New Years guys, my season is a wrap. Kids being sick, holiday travel, cold temps and snow put a halt to the season and MN season closed on the 31st. Good luck to the guys that still have some time left with their seasons. I hope to be hunting with you again next year of the cards fall in the right place!
