Where we at today fellas? This weekend is our firearms opener, but I'll be out of town celebrating Thanksgiving with family....I usually unless chasing a buck let my place become a firearms refuge and typically see an uptick of use somewhat due to it. I will get that antlerless down at some point even if I'm still hunting when Christmas is here!
I'm trying to get out this weekend after a doe. Starting next weekend, we'll have at least 1 basketball game every weekend day until March.

Couldn't get a good reconciled opinion in my mind but I settled in around that 127-132 range looking at it but who knows...and honestly WHO CARES!!! Great deer!

Hey Team! It has been a couple weeks of up and down. Wife was in the hospital again for a few days. I got a job for now with long hours during the week. So no hunting. I will be out this afternoon and all day tomorrow trying to get it done. Next weekend is the Wi gun season opener so this is pretty much my only chance this weekend. Proud of you guys that got it done. The rest good job at getting after it. Hopefully some good news this weekend. Be Safe!

I'm all settled in the blind with the 10 year old. We're on doe patrol so obviously a buck walked by on the "rut funnel trail" 60 yards away. I couldn't get eyes on the rack but the body looked 2.
We had one behind the blind right before last light but she never stepped out into the field. I will try to get out again next weekend if basketball schedules allow for it.

Got out twice with my bow during gun season and didn't see a deer either time. I only saw two little bucks when I was out with the rifle. Tough hunting in my neck of the woods.
