Glad to hear that you won the election you were running in. Corruption is everywhere in our governments across the nation and it's good to hear that you are going to make a difference in your town. Also, glad that you were able to get out for a hunt with your family on Monday. I still hunt with my father in Ohio, who is also 80 years old. I cherish the time I get to spend with him doing the thing we love so much. Welcome back and best of luck on your new position.
I can't imagine what this fall has been like for you, I am so happy for you for so many reasons! What a fantastic day with your brother and dad! Well done sir and thank you for the service that you put forth for your community
I'm back in Ohio and will be headed to the stand shortly. It's warm, pretty windy and supposed to start raining at 1:00. Let's see what happens. Good Luck if you're out.
Wow!!! So many things to love about this post. Congratulations on all of it Atlas! What a blessing to still have your father in the woods also. I always get a bit jealous of those that have that opportunity as an adult. Enjoy every opportunity you have.
I only saw a doe tonight at 50 yards. I’ll be back out in the morning. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
That’s awesome! Good luck on recovery. There may be bucks following her trail. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Back out on stand. I’m in my scaffolding blind because it’s supposed to rain. I’ve seen a fawn so far. The turkeys sure are squawking this morning. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I ended up seeing a 2.5 yo 7 point, a spike and a fawn this morning. I’ve been setup in my hay bale blind for about 45 minutes. Hopefully, I get to see a mature buck tonight. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I had a great evening out, seeing 5 different bucks chasing but nothing bigger than a basket rack 8 point. I’ll be back out in the morning. Supposed to get snow and be a lot colder. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yesterday did not find me in a tree...wife went to bed Friday night with massive fever so elected to stay home of course in the morning and she wasn't much better so pretended wind wasn't right for any tree I wanted to head to and stayed home. Snow hitting now. I have Tuesday off so I may crawl in somewhere post snow storm to see if I can slap a doe.
I’m back up in a stand with light snow. It’s starting to lay on the trees but not the ground. Good luck if you’re out this morning. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
