I have hunted in areas 15 and 21 off and on since 1995. 2019 was by far the worst year I have ever seen, for deer and elk. I was wondering if other hunters felt the same way, or did I just have a bad year? If you had a bad year also, why do you think that was? Logging, more hunters, 4 wheelers, decreasing herd, ect? FB
