Has anyone else seen any of their new shows yet? they are hunting in a bunch of midwest states and each state is going to put out an episode or two each week. I watched all last year and thought it was amazing. this new set up and their website just blew my mind. Check it out if you get a chance. www.midwestwhitetail.com

Since we developed that site for Bill, I did watch many of the episodes from last year and a few of the promo shows from the new states. Our relationship aside, I think he's got a really cool thing going and I look forward to keeping up with him and the rest of the team as the year progresses. Bill's been one of my favorite writers for a long time, and I enjoy watching and listening to what he has to say.

PS - if you're going to blatantly plug websites you shouldn't do it on your first post. At least give us a few days worth of substance before the spam comes out. ;)

    Nice work on the website!

...might have to check back some during season to see what's going on elsewhere in IL.

    LOL! That cracked me up!

Yeah, I had the pleasure of having breakfast with Bill one morning at our hotel while we were both working the Illinois Deer & Turkey Expo and thoroughly enjoyed his company; like Justin, I've been a longtime fan of his writing.

I've enjoyed his new shows, and will continue watching them and wishing him well.

An old neighbor of mine is one of the new team members. He has 500+ acres in Northern MO. Look for Dean Gericke on the site. He has a decoying demo somewhere on there.

I like the idea of almost live (2-3 day delayed) episodes. That way if they switch sponsors after the season the commercials will match what the hunters are actually using!:D

I enjoy the show and have met Bill Winke a number of times and he is a class act.

i apologize. I was not aware that there was a standard protocol for disseminating information on internet forums. At least it wasn't removed...

Eh, take it with a grain of salt... You've just got to realize that a lot of us on this board have been around the block for years -- decades, in fact -- even though this is a relatively new board. That means we've pretty much seen it all as far as fly-by-nighters coming around and sorta spamming stuff on "our" boards...

Don't take that as an insult or that I'm lumping you in that class of "fly-by-nighters"... It's just easy to get jaded and sort of laugh at stuff like that a little; please forgive us. But we certainly don't mind you bringing a great website like Bill's to our attention; I'm sure not everyone has seen it or been on it.

This is a great group of guys here, as you can hopefully tell by the high regards we hold Mr. Winke in ... stick around and pull up a stool and set a spell -- we'd be glad to have ya. :)

Just started watching it, but I may wait til I get home to finish it... it's buffering hard because I'm using my Sprint Air Card and my connection gets stronger and then weaker as I move down the road... ;)
