Calling Manning the greatest QB of all time proves an individual doesn't know anything about football except for what he sees on FOX NFL Sunday. Who cares if the guy puts up flashy numbers during his entire career with hall of fame talent around him, the guy chokes in big games. Brady has choked before as well, but hes consistently better when it matters. End of story.
I'm not going to say it's not debatable, but IMO definite edge to Brady. The dude just produces EVERY year. More championships.. more big game moments. You can run anyone out there in his "arsenal" and he will find a way to get it done. Hell, I think I could play the slot and put up some numbers with him chucking it to me. The guy just wins. In a result oriented league, stats... numbers... dont' matter. Show me the hardware!
Just a random unrelated thought about last nights game. Doesn't really pertain to this conversation but I remember making an observation of it last night. After the 3rd or so fumble and they went down 17-0 I think it was... I remember the camera showing Brady on the sideline. The guy looked like it didn't phase him one bit. Just business like. No body language. Almost a pissed off kind of focused glare like he knew what he now had to do. I'm a Peyton fan too, much respect for on and off the field (both of them actually), but Brady just has the edge.... has the IT factor.
You know what? Screw it. All say it. Peyton Manning is the greatest QB of all time. Followed closely with Elway and Marino. I'll wait for Caleb to school me with his football knowledge.
