Okay I say give him some help. Some long term housing with bars, and a constant job of making license plates and picking up trash with a road crew. Just enough work that will make it impossible for him to think of sex. Far as those 11 different women....Make them get jobs so they can take care of those kids. How is this going to help him pay his child support? He hasn't broken any laws by fathering 30 children. It says the state takes half his check each week, so at least he is working. Who says they don't have jobs? Are they just as guilty for making poor desicions with this dead beat dad? Absolutely. You are spot on about the unfortunes and probabilities that some of these kids will land in the prison system. It's a bad sterotype that plays out all too often in these situations.

In any case with his oldest child being 14 and his youngest 3 months means he has had a 2 female pregnant every year for the past 14 years.
