I would declare a state of emergency in the area and bring in the national guard and institute a curfew. Once control is regained, i would pass conceal carry laws so law abiding citizens could defend themselves. Just a few things imo it would take. But of course that would look bad so it won't happen. pretty sad actually. you see and talk to some of the kids who are not involved in the violence and they dont want to go to school for fear of confrontation. i asked a kid once why his math report card was so bad? he said, "that the guys with the lockers on that side of the hall were not from his neighborhood and if he went to his math class they would get him." he was in 6th grade. i have no idea for a solution... a real solution. its sick really. and only gonna get worse the hotter it gets this summer. then you go 5 miles and you have the Trump Tower, fancy night clubs and 5 star places to eat.....
