i need a upper CPX bowtech general cam. seems like bowtechs customers service dont care bout the peoples needs for their archery products after a while. anyways i need a upper cam. if u hav one that isnt broke or wore down, please, i beg u, leav word and ill pm u asap.. kodi
I love my Bowtech General but I agree with the customer service. Very poor as I did not even receive a response from a email I sent regarding my serial number I couldn't read that well. When it's time I will be switching to a competitor for my new bow. Since the new ownership Customer service went downhill imo.
Guys, just like when you buy a car........your local dealer is your first point of contact for support. The dealer network just like most industries should be your point of contact if you need help with parts/help/service. This isn't a new concept, and BowTech certainly isn't the only manufacturer in this industry that follows this business model. You don't call Ford directly when it's time to replace the clutch in your truck.
