Wrist sling or not?

    Me too. Once I started using one, I felt naked without it. Though I've never had any issues either way, I guess its just a peace of mind thing.

    If you own a parallel limb bow, then it should NOT "jump out of your hand" after the shot. That being said, I like having a sling. Makes holding the bow feel very secure.

    I have an adjustable one so I loosen it when I wear gloves.

    I feel weird if I shoot a bow without one, does it make a difference? Not really, and I have never even come close to dropping my bow after the shot.

    I've always had one on my bow. I look @ it kind of like a seatbelt. "I always use it but hopefully never need it"

    I have never had one on any of my bows. Not sure why, just haven't.

    I don't use one. Had one on one bow and didn't care for it.

    I was taught to use a sling adjusted out 3-4 sizes to big
    This allows the bow to jump ( my bow did ) out of my hand slightly and not have to worry about dropping
    Relaxed grip and not grabbing to create torque after the shot would be the most important IMO
