    Hello all,

I have been shooting/hunting with a Scott Sabertooth for a long time. I have always like Scott products and shoot well with it. The release has never malfunctioned but is starting to "look" a little worn. I have been looking at the Scott Echo as a new release. I do not have any experience with anything but dual caliper releases. I can't say I am against a hook style or handheld thumb release but believe I want to stay with the system I am used to. I have always been a stick with what works kind of guy but am wondering if the Hyperjaw technology is better than what I currently use. Basically, I do not need a new release, but if I want one, will it be that much better? Thanks and Happy New Year!

I switched from a caliper style to hook this last year with a boa strap. I cant say i noticed much difference but do like the idea that it basically hinges open. I am in the same boat, don't fix whats not broke. It is fun to experiment!
