Here in Ohio we still have over 3 weeks to hunt, but I got my second deer to wrap up my season and make it through another year without buying beef!

I shot the button buck last night at 22 yards. Hit the heart and far lung. He ran about 55 yards. I have 4 button bucks on my property in addition to other 1.5 to 2.5 year old bucks, so shooting this one made since to me.

I shot my buck on December 10th. I watched him fight 2 other bucks for over 40 minutes. It was surreal as the second fight was an all out war! He is not my biggest buck ever, but he produced the most heart pounding hour of my life!

Third picture is my first coyote with a bow! He only ran 18 yards from impact! She came in with another one. They were bumping brush piles all down a fence row. She was downwind stalking along as the other would pounce on each pile on the upwind side! It was so cool to watch then even cooler to hunt a coyote when it thought it was the one doing the hunting!

Awesome season for me thought I would share!
