Sucks you had that problem but there is nothing like catching pukes. Like that. I have to try to catch my poachers at night. They killed at least 3 bucks in my fields last year that I know of. Way to go man.

I want to thank you each individually for all the support you given me! I can't tell you guys enough about how happy I am. This has been an ongoing problem for at least two years now. Who knows how long it had been going on before I was given permission to hunt this land. Thanks again!

Would have replied last night but I was dog tired...ending up staying awake for about 30 hours. Could have went to bed after hunting last night but took the wife to our favorite mexican place for 1/2 off margaritas...its a weekly tradition and I also wanted to CELEBRATE!! :D

    Q & A time....
Haha...yeah I'll make the trip. Just hope I don't have to run as far this time. :)

No, I did not but I didn't want it anyway. It is a deathtrap! The warden actually gave it back to the guy that I had chased. Not sure why???

Brett...I hear ya. The good thing is that this land is about 30 minutes from my house. Don't think they know my name....yet. They do know what I drive and where its parked on this property. They are not HAPPY so I expect some sort of retaliation.

I believe his hand had alot to do with it! I thanked him for that...many times.

They don't know my name or where I live. They do know where I park my truck and a store I frequent a lot for lunch.

Great!! Glad you caught them! We work way too hard to have scumbags ruin it for us.

No...I didn't keep that POS.:D I tried climbing in it with the warden there....very unsafe and noisy too. Warden ended up giving it back to the guy though.

I wondered that as well. Could be a bad thing...

    Good luck and be careful!!!

Again...thanks to everyone else for your support and good gestures! Let's hope this is the last trespasser story you hear from the Finchster. BUT if its not....its guaranteed to be an entertaining story!:D:p

Great story, great ending. But like a couple mentioned, watch your back. I wouldn't put it past these scumbags to retaliate one way or another. Make sure someone knows when you go out and where you'll be. This kinda stuff is why I carry concealed when I'm out bowhunting...one on one is one thing. 2 or 3 on 1 is another...good luck...

Thanks guys! I'm still proud of myself for that day. :D

I texted more people once I had these guys caught than if I would've killed a monster buck!!! Good stuff.

It's good that you had a Warden that was willing to work with you and drive an hour to catch a tresspasser. Great piece of work. Watch your truck, I can see you now coming out of the woods to 4 flat tires and sugar in the gas tank.
