    Tough animals, but overall looks emaciated and in poor condition. Hopefully DNR/Animal control was called and he was put down.

    Could be from a vehicle hit with compound fracture, but my first guess would be caught in a fence. Pulled hard long enough to strip the muscles down.

    I can't tell if it is hide or bone holding it together. Weird, the hide would have the strength to keep it attached.
