I got give a shout out for my proshop Obsession archery in Machesney Park Illinois. As I mentioned in an earlier post, I bent the cam on my bow while practicing Sun night on the rail of my ladder stand. So I took it over to Chris at Obsession and he said it had to be replaced. So he got Bowtech to expedite the order and had it shipped in 2 days on the bow by today. That's 3 days total. I was amazed, I thought at least a week if not longer. I shot at the shop, right on the money, no issues. Thanks again to Chris at Obsession archery.
Back in action, now bring on the deer!

That's great! Nothing can beat good customer service! Two years ago I had a mishap and cut my string. It was the very first week into the hunting season. Short story is the Proshop didn't even order the string for a week. Another week later he called me and told me the string was in.. Drove across town dropped the bow off and called him 3 days later and he hadn't even touched it. I then waited two days and called again and he told me my string had been misplaced and he had to order another one. I didn't have a bow for month. That's when I vowed to always have a backup bow which my wife absolutely hates btw. lol! Kind of limited on proshops around here.

    Good to hear.
I have a place that takes good care of me, I feel guilty when I buy something somewhere else even if its something that they don't carry or can even order.

Let's see some harvest photos now that the bow is "fixed"!! Congrats on the quick service...especially this time of the year with the WI and IL seasons open already.

That's great, it seems like all I ever see on forums are negative reviews concerning proshops and customer service, nice to see something positive for a change.

I drive about 30-35 miles to get to Obsession. Absolutely a fantastic shop. Chris is extremely knowledgeable, his shop is clean, organized and he's reasonable on prices and he doesn't charge for every little thing he does.
