    Would you rather

    A. Buy land within reason and hunt it every year.

    Or

    B. Never buy land and travel to different public land thought out the 50 states.

If it was one or the other, I'd rather buy and be able to manage it the way I want. Hunting is but a handful of days, managing is year round.

Owning land has been a pretty rewarding experience for me. I would go with the land.

There is a great advantage in living where you hunt.

Definitely owning land close to where I live. If I had the money, I would do it. It would be pretty cool to take friends and family out as well.

That's a tough one. I'd like to have my own little spot some day.

The best of both worlds. Own land that butts up to public access. It works out well.

Travel to different public land on the 50
States for sure. All the different game and land would be fantastic!

    1) Own land to be a highly managed property for trophy deer
    2) Sell hunts on highly managed property but reserve an area for my exclusive use
    3) Use money from paying clients to hunt other states and species

    Own land, good investment

Ive got my eye in 147 acres right now, unfortunately i could only currently afford about 5 of those 147

Pesky real life responsibilities always getting in the way

B and lease land. Only land I'd buy is if it came with a summer home but even then maybe not. I love hunting different states and countries.

My preference would be A. You would not have the diversity but you would have the satisfaction of building something and using it. Also its something you could pass on.

Own the land---you enjoy it all year ! I visit land quite often I n off season to work on food plots and just get some peace and quiet and yes usually great investment, Lastly you can do what you want with your own land, and not woory about state feds o4r county regulations or other outdoorspeople want s and needs
