Looking at a recent thread, would you rather be a shut-in or a 40 year old virgin? Its a tough call. Being a shut-in sounds pretty bad, but at least you're getting laid. Thats really the only pro, but its a big one. Making an assumption based on the movie, being a 40 year old virgin means you can do whatever you want. You could spend money on whatever you want, go wherever you want, and do whatever you want, when you want. Thats sounds pretty good, minus one big thing. In the movie, his life actually gets worse when he starts dating. Which leads me to my next thread...women ruin everything. But for now, shut-in or 40 yo virgin?

40-year old virgin by far...gotta hunt and live my life. Shoot, not to share too much, I waited till marriage through the worst time frame to try that so spending the rest of my life without I think could be done.
My how times change once you hit your 30's. :D I'd also go with the 40 y/o virgin. I can only imagine how much more time, money and toys I would have.
If I have to play by the rules then it depends...in my current situation or in the future with a better paying job? Currently shut in no doubt, I don't have enough money to amount to much anyway right now. 5 years from now when my career is kicked off and I'm a lot more financially well off? 40yo Virgo for sure.
