So would you give up the exact coordinates to your best public/private land treestand location for $1,000?

What makes your best spot so special?

Yeah, but then I'd have to kill you. They're special to me because I did all the work to find them and it must've paid off or the spot wouldn't be special.

heck I would for half that, 1/10th of that even. I only hunt private grounds around here, so even if you knew where it was, you'd be tresspassing if you tried to go there.

That and it is a mediocre stand site at best! :busted:

    I'd do it for free....

I'll walk you in there personally. It's two miles in and two miles back. You start at 9800 feet and work up to 12,500.

No, because it was shown to me by a friend with the understanding I would never tell anyone. If my best spot just meant for killing any deer then no problem since that is a spot I found.

Yes, I would as long as I could trust you. I have several people who have permission to hunt my land. All anyone has to do is ask and be respectful of my property and they can hunt it. I don't think that I should have the privilege to hunt someone else's land if I am unwilling to share mine. Might be different if I didn't have many deer on my land.

To random strangers? Probably not. To those I know, and trust, I already do...no charge.

Maybe a December or January hunt Josh? How is getting an out of state license in KY? I would just like a chance to meet up with you. Hunting would just be icing on the cake. Putting an arrow through a doe or just talking to you about your hunting methods would be a gift in itself.

A real great crossing, if it hasn't rained too much causing the outlet to flood.

Public land (Superior National Forest,) but there's no good access to the area. Beautiful area to hunt, I love it. Our lake doesn't have a public access:cool: so I have close to 2000 acres to myself(my wife, dad, brother and a friend hunt it some as well).

    Send checks payable to:

$1000 is alot of Lone Wolf gear or a complete fishing boat remodel!

No on selling out my favorite spot or spots. I would and have let very good friends hunt it for free as I know they would do the same for me. Now if I didn't care for you... I can think of a few " honey holes " to sell you for a $1,000. Some might even have a deer in it, but I wouldn't hold my breathe.

By the way, I am not looking to pay anyone any money for their honey holes---=it was just a hypothetical question. :)

Sure, I am the only person allowed to hunt it anyway. :deer:

Seriously, I have a number of good hunting spots and never spend too much time at any one of them.
