No. I think that it was one of those New York 11 pointers!

Without reading others responses, without a doubt.

I still have some steaks and burger from my deer last year, and one roll of jalepeno cheese sausage. Other than when my freezer thawed earlier this summer I haven't even thought about tossing any of it.

Only way I toss vac. sealed meat is if the seal breaks, which happens, and the meat gets freezer burned.

Snack sticks and salami in a vac. package, only thing I'd enjoy more than finding this lost treasure is knowing I can safely thaw it faster under running water without fear of seepage.

Dig in! Beer, cheese, and crackers!.
Didn't read anything else yet. Wouldn't even think twice. Without air you won't have to worry about freezer burnt.

I'm still eating tons of stuff from last season and have had venison up to a couple years old without a problem. Eat up and enjoy!

No issues. I did some chops on the grill the other night that were from 2012.

Still eating my self-processed elk from Sept 2014... Tastes and smells fresh as the day I butchered it.

Vacuum sealed processed meat should be good for 4-6 years as long as the seal hasn't broken.

In 2013 I made Jerky from a doe I shot in 2009. It had been sitting in the bottom of my parents freezer underneath elk and moose my dad had killed in 2012. Cut off the bits of freezer burned stuff and what was still good made excellent jerky!
