The new Hoyt lineup is available in Realtree Snow straight from the factory. The new Faktor is really badass looking in snow. May even be able to get black riser snow limbs
Naught a better camo colour out there in my mind for all season's too. You look up at my bow in the tree tops and you can't find it cause it gets lost in the blues and and blacks and white clouds, and if theres snow in the tree's you yourself can lose it! Specialy if your eye's are going ,LMAO. Love my bow and camo & I think your Mathews would look awesome . Go for it! Rocky
I just feel like the carbon fiber finish on the limbs wouldn't compliment the snow camo and it wouldn't look nice. However the only custom dipped bow I thought looked awesome was this one. The color was kryptek yeti and it looked amazing with the black limbs http://www.archerytalk.com/vb/showthread.php?t=2166376 Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
There is a hoyt spider with snow camo riser and carbon fiber limbs. It looks so awesome. Ok, I'm going to work on getting this done. I need to make sure of some things. Like I said, it has to look factory. I have very high standards.
You might want to ask the fella that is gonna go it for references. I'd hate for the job to get botched; there is no reversing the process, I assume...
Sure there is! sandblast the dip off and powder coat it black!! I just need to talk to a mathews authorized dealer and see if I can get those decals just in case I break one taking them off. I have been talking to him quite a bit. He's been doing it for a while just never really commercially. He has a small tank he was using to make sure he could do it well, but now he's upgrading his system. Mine won't be the first (thankfully).
I really like the way your bow is now, but that's just me! I say go for it if that's what you want! I've had these two links saved for a while and watched a couple YouTube videos on how to do it! Timber's Edge Outdoor Products https://www.mydipkit.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=1 I have some small things I'd like to dip! Post a picture when you get your bow done!
I've thought the same thing....a snow camo bow...BADASS!!! If you do it, post some pictures and if you can get in progress pictures...even better!!!! Good Luck!!
I'll get some pics posted. I still have some details yet to work out before I am going to pull the trigger on it. I talked to him last night and it will be a few weeks. He actually has a 4 wheeler he has to get done first. All the plastic and a lot of the pieces, sounds pretty cool.
