Piggybacking off Joe's post. Which franchise is the worst out of each sport? Football: Detroit, Chargers or Jacksonville. I'll say Jacksonville in a close one. Basketball: Clippers or the Nuggets. I'll say clippers even with their recent success. Could be wrong as I don't watch enough NBgay. Baseball: Got to be the Brewers? Hockey: I have no idea. Don't watch.
Even though the Lions did "OK" this year, they have been terrible for ever. Football: Lions Not sure if they are even a team anymore? Basketball: Wizards Baseball: No clue These guys haven't been good since the early 80's Hockey:Islanders
Football: Jets Basketball: All of them, the NBA has gone steadily downhill since Jordan retired. Baseball: Phillies maybe? I don't follow Baseball until the playoffs. NHL: Toronto Maple Leafs
The Wolves in basketball. Lions football It was the Cubs in baseball. Toronto Maple Leafs 47 years no title but they are a billion $ team that sucks that compounds it.
Football = Cleveland come on you loose the franchise and they win the Superbowl then you get one back and they suck too. Baseball the Brewers suck the fun right out of baseball Basketball I don't follow but the Bucks suck Hockey ?
Football Cleveland Baseball Twins and I don't care they won two titles years ago. The *** wipe owners have destroyed the team only worrying about money. Basketball Wolves
Tom you probably were not in Minnesota when Carl Pohlad bought the team, he was an absolute savior compared to Calvin Griffith. Calvin was the last owner in MLB that his sole means of income was the baseball team. He sold anybody that had any value, even as a kid we called the team the Twinkies.
I think the Browns are hand's down the worst franchise in the NFL. Lot of bad franchises in the NBA. Nets, Nuggets, Bucks, Pelicans, Wizards. I would have to say the Nets are probably the worst overall. Baseball, I would say the Marlins Hockey, Didn't know they still played.
Baseball I'm going Mariners in the AL...Pirates or Rockies in NL? Marlins won WS in '97 and '03 so not them. Houston went to WS in 05 but they're in the discussion. Football it's Cleveland...and I was raised a Lions fan so I know how God-awful you must suck to suck worse than that. NBA don't care. Probably Atlanta. NHL...not counting 90s/00s expansion teams and/or defunct teams I would have to say the Sabres. Isles are in the discussion.
