Lifelong Braves fan here. I've always watched the Cubs closely as they used to come on WGN and other than the Braves, they were the only team I'd get to watch a lot of on TV. I grew fond of them and always rooted for them unless they were playing my team. I'm glad to see how well they've turned their franchise around. I'd love to see them win the WS.
Crazy in Wrigleyville bars charging a $250 cover charge just to get in and watch the game on TV? Not from me.
You know people will still do it tho! They're making a lot of money around town this week Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
The tribes pitching has been impressive... Really need Kluber to be on his game tonight, I think the tribe will hit lackey but we will see if the Cubs figure out Kluber Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Can never root for anything from Chicago, but really thought the Cubs could do it. Not looking likely. On a side note, I hear tonights 7th inning stretch will be a Porky Pig rendition. On a side note, not a baseball fan....
I just love seeing the media so disheartened. It was obvious from the beginning of the year who the media darling was. You can hear it in the announcers voices how upset they are that the Indians are on their way to controlling this series.
Great effort last night! I agree JakeD the indians get no love from the media... Go Tribe, Lets do this!!
Cubs came to play again, they need to get more than a solo home run though. They've had a lot of multiple runners on base and a couple outs to go go by the wayside. Can't believe I might be rooting for a Chicago win in anything.... Ick, I feel violated
I was just going to reply to you lol. Can't ask for a better start to the game. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
