Workout for Backcountry bowhunting?

    Best advice there is... get on a stairclimber and go until you literally can't go anymore, then go to the treadmill and do the same thing. There is no way to prep for the altitude, but the best thing you can do is be fit in regards to cardio. Muscle mass, does nothing but make you heavier and less sneaky.
