I got 15% of the total 30% with the move to the new job. I'm happy with it. I'm a software developer and I've worked in finance, medical and state government. I work with a ton of small business on the side mostly with marketing and infrastructural needs (I'll install their point of sale system, internal network, do their website and then provide digital and print marketing). The part I really enjoy about this job is that it will give me the opportunity to start training into project management. My dream job would be as a manager, supporting employees so they can have an enjoyable work environment and engaging their potential. I've had a lot of ****ty managers and I'm confident I wouldn't be one of those.
Still paying for parking? Some folks might not think it'd be a big deal. But if I had to pay to park.....I'd find a way around it. Congrats on improving your situation. Best of luck!
