I have some buddies that swear by it and it doesn't seem so bad if you do a 16 hour fast with an 8 hour feeding period. It's just skipping breakfast. Any success stories? Failures? *yes I know that is 2 threads in like 15 minutes, but I have questions for you guys this morning.
Seems like it would be better for the fast to exclude dinner not breakfast. I have not tried it though.
No way I could skip dinner. I enjoy cooking for my wife and myself. Breakfast would be the easiest to skip. I'd just drink lots of coffee.
Looking at it from the health stand point though, skipping dinner seems like it would be the more beneficial meal to skip. I should add though that doing any kind of fast on a regular basis doesn't seem like a good idea.
I have read tons of positive things about it. I have only been toying around doing it once a week. not nearly consistent enough to see actual results. I've thought about getting more into it.
Yeah everyone who does it seems to rave about it, but that is pretty common among anyone that sees results with any diet routine.
I already do this without realizing it I suppose haha. I never eat breakfast during the week. Lunch, snack, then dinner.
