That would be fricking awesome!!! I burn wood. It heats my house, 2 shops and my garage. 240 trees a year on average I burn. No more splitting wood by hand anymore, that splitter would rock big time!! A guy can dream.

That is pretty darn cool. Does it really seem that far fetched to get one? The skid steer would have to cost more than that attachment. If that is home built, that guy should consider some mass production. Thanks for sharing.

We go through about 3 cords a winter. That would certainly give me more time in the summer.

That is awesome. My father inlaw runs a feller-buncher which fells trees and stacks them on a track hoe chassis. Equipment they have these days is incredible!

I would change the splitter to make bigger pieces though. I split my logs kind of big so that I'm not adding wood every hour. I can put two pieces on and not have to add more for about 4 hours or so. That way I only have to add wood once in the middle of the night.

Sweet! I'm thinking about 8 cords for next winter, and that would be VERY beneficial.

    aint that the sh!t...

I burn 5-6 cords a year, that would give me a few less blisters.
